Washington State Pharmacies Don't Have to Carry Plan B

Time to switch to Plan C.

None

Washington-state residents in dire need of a morning-after remedy may be forced to journey to Oregon, because the state is no longer required to carry Plan B in pharmacies. Following a claim by two pharmacies, U.S. District Judge Ronald Leighton decided that they do not have to carry Plan B because it's an "an attack on their constitutional right to freedom of religion."

So, in short, there's a ton of unhealthy shit you can buy at various pharmacies in the state of Washington, but you might not be able to buy Plan B to keep the peace of mind of some. We could go in, but we'll just leave it alone.

Always remember to practice safe sex while in the Washington. You may not have a choice.
