Every once in a while, something comes along that you didn't think you needed or wanted, but you actually do. Having Requeim for a Dream remade with puppets is exactly that kind of thing.
Puppets with heroin eyes and a banana on amphetamines isn't the kind of thing you go searching for, but if you stumble upon it, you're grateful you have. Particularly because the clearly talented producers do an amazing job of capturing the emotionally dark essence of Requeim in a single minute and somehow find a way to include the term "tail to tail" in that sixty seconds.
It's so wrong but it feels so right.
