Between Diablo III and Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm, you'd think Blizzard would have its hands full, but it seems there's always room for one more game on the developer's docket. According to Develop, Blizzard is currently developing an unannounced project that takes advantage of the increasingly popular free-to-play business model.

According to the report, Blizzard plans to expand their operation to accommodate the development of both AAA and free-to-play projects. It does not whether the project is a completely new IP, connected to a current Blizzard franchise, or if it's tied to Blizzard's "Project Titan".

Blizzard has already dipped its toe in the water vis-a-vis F2P gaming, making World of Warcraft free for players until they hit level 20.
