PlayStation Network Accounts Are Changing To "Sony Entertainment Network" Accounts

Not that there's a difference.

None

Sony's been sending out emails recently to let users know that their PlayStation Network accounts will soon be changing to "Sony Entertainment Network" Accounts. Sony told IGN, "The goal is for there to be one networked log-in for all Sony services." To that end they're bringing Qriocity (what even is that?) into the Sony Entertainment Network fold as well.

Though IGN appears unsure, Joystiq is confident that the change is cosmetic only and won't have any actual affect on your user experience. And for some reason, it'll still be called a PSN account when you log in on your PSP. Go figure. Let us know if this really pisses you off (there's got to be one!) in the comments or on Twitter.
