Who would have thought a place called the Heart Attack Grill could be so unhealthy? Certainly not us, but apparently, it is! To the degree where an unidentified man in Las Vegas suffered a heart attack while eating one of their burgers.

The man, who is in his 40s, was eating a burger - specifically, the 6000 calorie 'Triple Bypass Burger,' - when he began experiencing symptoms of the heart attack. According to chain owner and former nutritionist (seriously), Jon Basso, the man could "barely talk" and began "sweating and suffering." Even worse, he said, tourists who thought this was some sort of publicity stunt for the restaurant began gawking and taking photos.

"I actually felt horrible for the gentleman because the tourists were taking photos of him as if it were some type of stunt. Even with our own morbid sense of humor, we would never pull a stunt like that," Basso said of the incident.

The restaurant is famed for promoting unhealthy eating habits, and even has a promotion where you eat for free if you're over 350 pounds. How appetizing.
