A man originally arrested for possession of a crack pipe was arrested again in court during his hearing for, get this, possession of a crack pipe. Again. Some people never learn.
The 32-year-old Florida native, Stanley Ramos, was originally arrested last December when cops saw the drug paraphernalia in his backpack. When he arrived at his court hearing for the sentence, anoher crack pipe was found on him as he went through security in the courthouse. Ramos was promptly arrested again, and is being held on a $1120 bond.
Check out his mugshots above. Judging by his expression in the second photo, maybe he's learned his lesson?
