Although Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel confirmed their engagement over the holidays, Star magazine reports that there might be trouble in paradise for the Hollywood couple. Apparently, since the engagement, Timberlake, 31, and Biel, 29, have been in disagreement about a number of things, most notably the prenup.
Questions of Justin’s commitment to Jessica have also been raised, as JT already has a history of infidelity in the couple’s four-year relationship. “She thinks if he strays during the marriage, she should be royally compensated,” an insider told Star. “She wants a fidelity clause in the prenup giving her at least $500,000 if he does.”
Sources are also saying Justin is willing to offer a cash settlement, but no fidelity clause or alimony.
Half a million for a slip-up? Cash settlement, no fidelity clause? Sounds like a tough negotiation. It doesn’t seem like Jessica trusts Justin to remain faithful. Then again, it doesn’t seem like Justin has much faith in himself either.
