With its acquisition of Motorola officially cleared, Google is moving forward with its shiny new mobile phone manufacturer. The company announced today that has installed Dennis Woodside as Motorola Mobility's new CEO.
Woodward was previously a Senior Vice President at Google and served as its President of Americas. He helped over see the company's 12.5 billion acquisition of Motorola, which was approved by the Justice Department just two weeks ago. He replaces Motorola's current CEO, Sanjay Jha.
