Halle Berry can breathe easily again.

Her stalker, Richard Franco, was sentenced to 386 days in jail today after he plead no contest to felony stalking. The no contest plea allowed his charge to be dropped from a felony burglary.

Last year, Franco was arrested outside Berry's home when he was found trying to scale a wall around her house. It was his third attempt in as many days at the time.

So far, Franco's already served 193 days in prison, so he's got another 193 to go. He'll get 5 years probation and have to complete a one-year psychological counseling program after his time is up.

Berry's restraining order against Franco was also extended, making it impermissible for him to be within 200 yards of her for the next 10 years.
