Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter wants residents to stop acting like assholes, and that's exactly what he told Philly's Fox 29 outside of City Hall on Wednesday. This is nowhere near as entertaining as Shaq cursing live on TNT, but Nutter's profanity wasn't out of pocket; it was in response to a shooting that left three teenagers dead.
Adults shooting at a car full of teens isn't asshole-ish, it's just barbaric.
