""Now that is a lot of PCP."

That's straight from the mouth of NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly after a 15-month investigation of the Harlem drug collective known as the "Kings of Dust" yielded 35 arrests for the sale of the drug also known as "Angel Dust." The drug empire, which operated out of public housing at East 117th Street & Madison Avenue, faces a 268-count indictment following the mass arrest. That's a lot of paperwork-save a tree.

The arrest also resulted in the seizure of $39,000 in cash and 2.5 gallons of PCP in Hawaiian Punch bottles. According to officials, these dudes had an 8-year-old acting as a lookout. Gotta start 'em young.
