Mortal Kombat Is Getting A "Komplete Edition" on February 28th

If you haven't picked up "Mortal Kombat" already, hold off for just a little while longer.

None

Fans of Mortal Kombat and/or folks who haven't bought it yet should listen up, because it's been announced that last years' game will be re-releasing on February 28th in a "Komplete Edition."

The Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition will have the full game plus ALL the DLC released since then. Freddy Krueger, the Klassic Skins, the whole sha-bang. Plus, if all that game content isn't enough to satisfy your MK appetites, there will be a free download for the...wait for it...1995 feature film version of Mortal Kombat, where Christopher Lambert gives a workshop in how to make the most out of a script based on a video game with little-to-no-story to speak of.

For real though, as someone who hadn't picked up Mortal Kombat yet, this package seems to be the thing to wait for. I'm looking forward to sitting down with the game I've heard so much about.

No pricing has been announced, but if it falls in line with other complete editions of current-gen games, then we're probably looking at something in the $40-$50 range.

Is anyone here going to be picking up the Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition next month?
