Last week, Elin Nordegren had the $12 million dollar North Palm Beach mansion that she bought last March demolished to make way for a new home. But, from the building plans that TMZ leaked for the house she's having built on the property, when it's all finished you might not even be able to tell the difference... because it looks exactly the same.
So, basically, she's just rebuilding the same house that she demolished. Must be nice...
According to Nordegren's builder, the home was demolished because it was so old that it didn't meet building codes any longer, and it was infested with termites. The new home will boast nine bedrooms, two large living rooms, two kitchens, a wine cellar, three guest bungalows, and an actual grotto.
