It looks like Chris Paul is lovin' that Cali life, because he's about to buy Avril Lavigne'sBel Air mansion for a clean $8.5 million.
The 12,184 square foot home is located in the gated Bel Air Crest neighborhood, and features 8 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, a wine cellar, gym, sauna, covered outdoor living room and 10 car garage. Before Lavigne moved in, Travis Barker and ex-wife Shanna Moakler lived there during their "Meet the Barkers" days.
Lavigne had originally listed the place for $9.5 million, but Paul was able to grab it for $1 million less. Paul is usually on the giving end of well-placed lobs, but Avril just tossed one his way-better yet, the real estate agents did.
Fuck the asking price.
