After 31-year-old Eugene Foster of Arizona "found" a nude photo that his girlfriend's teenage daughter had taken of herself on her phone, he decided to discipline her. To teach the girl a lesson, he sent the photo to 40 contacts in her phone. Not that it would've made it acceptable, but she isn't even his daughter.

Apparently, investigators don't think Foster was trying to "exploit" the girl on purpose, but how else can you explain his actions? Also, how did he "discover" the picture anyway? He was charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, and is currently in custody. Hopefully, the girl's mother leaves him, because this is a definitely a deal-breaker.
