Unfortunate news here, as two churches in Nigeria were bombed early this morning. The first attack happened at St Theresa's Church near the Nigerian capital of Abuja, and at least 25 deaths have been confirmed.

The second attack took place at Mountain of Fire Ministries in the city of Jos, which is northeast of the capital. Luckily (and amazingly), nobody was hurt during the bombing, but a police officer died due to injuries sustained during a gunfight with the attackers.

Not only is it Christmas, but it's Sunday. Haven't they heard of the Sunday Morning Truce? Once again, world goin' one way, people another.
