Trailer Park: "Think Like A Man" Promises A Rom-Com With Actual Laughs (Go Figure)

Steve Harvey's relationship advice gets put to the test in this ensemble comedy.

Considering that New Year’s Eve, Hollywood's latest ensemble rom-com, finished atop the box office heap this past weekend, audiences should expect plenty more where that came from. Yeah, we're scared, too. But there is one such romantic comedy that actually looks, well, funny. Process that for a second.

Think Like A Man, directed by Tim Story, centers on a group of friends—played by funnyman Kevin Hart, Michael Ealy, Terrence J (BET’s 106 & Park), Romany Malco, and Jerry Ferrara (Entourage’s Turtle)—who figure out that the women in their lives are hip to their game thanks to Steve Harvey’s relationship book, Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man. We’d feel bad for the guys, but their mates are, in no particular order of hotness, Gabrielle Union, Meagan Good, Taraji P. Henson, and Regina Hall. Those poor bastards.

Think Like A Man is pegged for a March 9, 2012 release. Assuming you’re still with your current girl by then, you’ll want to buy her a ticket and laugh at the male characters’ antics, whispering into her ear, “Look at that fool; I never act like that. Right, baby?” Whether she’s laughing at you or the movie will be anyone’s guess.
