Consumer Reports has released its annual rankings of both nationwide and regional carriers and among the four majors—AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, & Verizon—AT&T is once again bottom for the second year in a row, according to a survey of 66,000 users.
The study took into consideration texting & data service satisfaction and staff knowledge, in addition to reception. Verizon came out tops, with Sprint second and T-Mobile just ahead of AT&T—proof that the proposed merger between AT&T and T-Mobile would probably be beneficial for all involved, unhappy customers included.
