There's no doubt Myst is a classic, though it hasn't exactly aged gracefully, due in part to the numerous wonky ports it's received over the years. The DS version, for example, was not well-received, and we just got wind that the company responsible for it—Hoplite—will be handling the 3DS port, as well.
Still, let's give them the benefit of the doubt. After all, the 3DS is a much more powerful system than the original DS, the 3D features may make it more interesting, and it's been a few years since the DS version; they've likely heard the criticism and will be striving to make amends.
