The success of David Fincher's The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo greatly hinged one thing—who would play Lisbeth Salander? Luckily for Fincher, relative unknown Rooney Mara's fearless performance has plucked her out of obsucirty and made her, and the film, a success.
But before Mara's star power was confirmed, Fincher was considering a number of actreses to take on the role, perhaps none as intriguing as Scarlett Johansson. But what if Johnasson would have take on the role of ruthless rebel Salander?
