People can make questionable decisions in the heat of the moment, but when you think your life is on the line, you do what you have to in order to survive. We'll assume that was 39-year-old Hubert Lee Credit of Tampa's logic when he stole an ambulance to drive himself to the hospital.

Lee claims he suffered a puncture wound to the head after four men jumped him, and used the empty vehicle that he saw parked near a home because, well, it was right there and he needed it. He wasn't aware that the ambulance had a GPS tracking system, which the police used to find him.

He was taken to jail, but the police were nice enough to escort him to the hospital first.
