In a scene that brings Spike Lee'sJungle Fever to mind, a 61-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested for killing his "crack addicted" stepson on Monday night. It all began with an argument after 43-year-old Osvaldo Vasquez asked his stepfather Dolores Fuentes for money to fund his habit.

Vasquez was the victim of a single gunshot blast to the chest, which his mother and Fuentes both insist was accidental. Regardless, Fuentes was taken into custody and charges are pending.
