Kids are supposed to be kids at Chuck E. Cheese's, but apparently they don't see it that way in the Bay Area. Nine restaurants near San Francisco are looking at federal child labor law violations for putting a bunch of kids at risk. Nothing is sacred anymore.

According to the U.S. Department of Labor, the restaurants put 16 children in danger by having them operate trash compactors. Furthermore, they had two other minors working the dough mixing machine, which is all the way illegal.

CEC Entertainment, which owns about 500 Chuck E. Cheese's, elected to remain silent on the matter. They did, however, agree to abide by federal regulations and come up off the $28,000 in fines that this little stunt racked up. As if they really had a choice.

In an attempt to keep the kids from raping and pillaging the city, they raped them for their youth. This is one of those "wrong thing for the right reason" cases, right?
