A pilot in New Zealand who was flying a helicopter to aid in the set-up of a Christmas tree is miraculously totally OK after the aircraft got caught up in some scaffolding and literally snapped in half. It's a Christmas miracle!
The crazy incident was all caught on video, which is embedded above. Basically, the propeller seems to hit the nearby scaffolding which sends the helicopter teetering from side to side before it snaps in half and falls to the ground with the pilot still inside.
Yeah, we can't imagine this dude's ever gonna get a Christmas tree taller than six feet from now on.
