The Nintendo Wii isn’t the only console offering players a tablet means of interacting with their consoles. THQ has officially launched their uDraw GameTablet peripheral on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles.

The uDraw opens up a world of possibilities for gameplay mechanics on the HD platforms and is something that we hope more third party developers will take advantage of. Titles are already in the pipline to make use of the device for all three systems featuring the likes of the Marvel Super Hero Squad, SpongeBob, and even popular party / board games such as Pictionary.

The tablet comes bundled with a copy of THQ’s uDraw Studio: Instant Artist. The software allows players to complete art lessons and create their own masterpieces right on their television which can be instantly shared on both the uDraw Community Website which allows them to send their workd directly to Facebook.
