Samsung's latest Galaxy Tab, the midsize 8.9, is headed to AT&T November 20 and will support the carrier's new super fast 4G LTE network.

The Android tablet will run Honeycomb 3.2 and ship with a juicy 1.5 ghz dual-core processor and 16 GB of on-board storage. It's got a front-facing camera for video-conferencing and is just 8.6mm thin.

But perhaps the best incentive to pick up the new Galaxy Tab is a limited-time bundling offer care of AT&T: Buy an 8.9 and you'll get an LTE-ready Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket or regular Galaxy S II phone for free. Considering the Galaxy S II is one of, if not the, best Android phones available today, that's a pretty sweet deal indeed.

The Galaxy Tab 8.9 will go for $479 on a two-year contract when it hits stores on Sunday.
