Ubisoft is going to be throwing a lot of weight beyond the next installment in the Rainbow 6 series. Rainbow 6: Patriots was just announced and is literally in the the infancy of the development process. What you see above is a video example of what Ubisoft intends to do with the project and quite frankly, we REALLY hope they can deliver as planned.
The most interesting thing about to footage shown above is the immersion into the world around you. It appears as if you will be having an integral role in everything that happens in the game world, not just the actions of the main characters. This project is looking very promising.
