Jennifer Lopez may have told the world in her 2002 hit, "Jenny From the Block," that she's still the same girl from the hood that she always was - but, apparently, that doesn't mean she'll ever go back there! According to The Smoking Gun, the commercial above that depicts Lopez driving a Fiat through her old stomping grounds in the Bronx is a lie, because Lopez shot the commercial from Los Angeles...and they used a body double for all of the scenes in New York.

Owner of a barber shop that can be seen in the commercial, Eligio Cueto, elaborated, saying that he saw a woman driving the Fiat past his shop, "But it wasn't her. It was a double that looked like her." Additionally, two sources close to production said that a body double was used as well.

The commercial, which was shot as part of Lopez's multi-million dollar endorsement deal with the car company, has Lopez saying wistfully as she drives along the streets, "This is my world. This place inspires me. They may be just streets to you, but to me they're a playground."

Just as appreciated from the sunny streets of LA, yeah?
