The suave, but incredibly self-centered master meets the other suave, but incredibly self-centered master as Burt Reynolds will make a cameo appearance on FX's animated series Archer. The star of Smokey and the Bandit will play himself in an episode titled, "The Man From Jupiter." Fans of the 75-year-old actor will catch the reference to Reynold's home of Jupiter, Florida.

If you're unfamiliar with the popular show, super spy Sterling Archer deals with global espionage; his domineering, hypersexual mother/boss, Malory Archer; his ex-girlfriend (and fellow ISIS agent), Lana Kane; and a host of other crazy characters. According to Archer creator Adam Reed, "I think the only person on the planet who's a bigger fan of Burt Reynolds than me is Sterling Archer." Do you remember his Deliverance impersonation?

To have Burt recording voice-overs for the show sounds amazing, we'll keep you posted as more develops. The third season of Archer is set to air in January.
