45 New Legends on Tap for NBA 2K12

The Holiday DLC isn't just bringing a new mode, but new Legends to play as well.

When NBA 2K12‘s new DLC entitled the Legends Showcase launches this Holiday season, it is going to bring a little more to the game than we expected. In addition to the new gameplay modes, 2K has also announced that the update will bring an additional 45 Legends of the Hardwood to the game as well.

In addition to those great players already included in the game, you can expect to get your hands on (in no particular order):

Each player is being presented with stats that correlate to the peak years in their careers along with unique uniforms to represent their teams at the time. You can check out a new trailer for the DLC and some new images above. The Legends Showcase is expected to launch sometime in the next 2 months for $9.99 on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
