No matter how jaded and cynical society may be these days, there's no denying that we all get a bit nostalgic when thinking about favorite shows from our childhood. Whether the vintage programs are animated, live-action, or feature a bizarre assortment of horrifying puppets, such sentimental treasures crafted our youth and taught us most of the life knowledge that we still use today.
Even though these shows were formative viewing experiences for most of America's youth, they very rarely lasted more than a couple of years, and, before you knew it, the show would be inexplicably canceled and never heard from again. Jim Henson’s creations have been chugging along for decades, and now they’re back with a brand new film that you should be itching to see. But what about the other children’s shows that have unfortunately been lost to time? Well, we’re not going to forget about them, and in honor of the return of Muppets' return, we’re taking a pleasant look at 10 Forgotten Kids TV Shows That Deserve A Movie Reboot. This way to Memory Lane.
