Apple chose not to live stream its "Let's Talk iPhone" event at its headquarters in Cupertino, California today, which means if you've been following the news, you've probably only seen screenshots of the festivities. Thankfully, Apple has now made video of the full 90+ minute conference, featuring the unveiling of the iPhone 4S and Siri, available for streaming.
