It took her a year, but Jersey Shore cast-off Angelina Pivarnick is finally suing the 20-year-old girl that attacked her at a Hot Topic store in a Staten Island mall last year. If you don't remember (and why would you?) Angelina said she was attacked by a "rowdy group of teenagers" last year.
According to TMZ, Kelsey Balzafiore was arrested for allegedly punching Angelina's friend during the incident. Now, Angelina is saying that Kelsey beat her up as well, and that she "was wounded, bruised, and injured and sustained severe shock to her nervous system."
Angelina is suing Hot Topic for damages as well, claiming that don't have adequate security.
