Earlier this month, porn actor and skydiver Alex Torres filmed a video of himself having sex with co-worker Hope Howell and posted it on his website. The video got the attention of local high school students, their parents and finally the Federal Aviation Administration. After investigating the matter, the FAA has decided that the death-defying act did not violate any of their rules.

Ian Gregor, an FAA spokesperson said that the pilot in the video was not distracted by the wild sex taking place next to him. We wonder how many viewings it took to reach that conclusion. Torres has since removed the video from his site, but still couldn't save his job. As for Howell, her future with the company is still in question.
