We finally get to see if all the hoopla was worth the wait. After we showed a teaser clip for Marvel's one-shot short The Consultant, the full video found its way onto the Internets via TwitVid. Starring Clark Gregg, who reprises the role of S.H.I.E.L.D Agent Phil Coulson, the short provides a bridging recap of the events that take place between The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, and Thor.
This particular video finds Agent Sitwell (Maximiliano Hernandez) as Coulson's coffee-drinking compatriot, trying to find out how to nix The Abomination (played by Tim Roth in The Incredible Hulk) from joining The Avengers. Watch now and enjoy Marvel's ingenious way to use some existing footage to tie-in other Marvel features. The next Marvel One-Shot will segue directly into Thor, and is titled A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer. While we don't officially know when to expect that one, you can look forward to seeing this short as an extra bonus on the Thor Blu-ray and DVD, due in stores on September 13.
