Toshiba's forthcoming Excite tablet (AT200) is just 7.7mm wide. That's about a full millimeter slimmer than Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the iPad 2.
The Excite looks pretty much like you would expect any post-iPad 10-inch tablet to look (unless you're Sony, that is), but does add a tasteful brushed metal backing to the mix. Inside it's a competitor, too, with a 1.2 ghz dual-core processor, a gig of RAM and Honeycomb 3.2.
