Are you ready for the surprise of the day? Well, according to the New York Daily News, a wiretap connected to the NYPD’s ticket-fixing investigation caught some “conversations rife with racist and inflammatory remarks.” That’s right everyone, try your best not to look shocked.
No specific comments have been released (yet), but apparently they will “surprise and upset people.” The idea of racist cops is not unfathomable, so these comments must so offensive that they’d make Andrew Dice Clay uncomfortable.
So yeah, the NYPD is racist. In other news, it’s Tuesday.
