Outside of Jay-Z's 40/40 Club in Flatiron, you'll find a very large inflatable rat. The rat is a "union rat"; they're placed outside of businesses to indicate that something is fishy with said business' labor practices.
The rat showed up because allegedly the renovations being completed at the club are being undertaken by a "contractor that does not pay all of its employees the Area Standard Wages." Hov's camp says that the 40/40 Club is a "non-union building and are not required to use [a] union contractor."
Your move, rat.
