After originally pleading not guilty, Anthony Garcia is slated to appear in a New Mexico court next week to change his plea to guilty for adulterating food and lying to federal prosecutors about it. What’d this genius do? In January, Garcia was working at Sunflower Farmers Market and was pretty adamant about serving one female shopper some yogurt. After sampling it, she declared the yogurt tasted “like semen.” Garcia lied about adding his own special sauce, which of course only made things worse for him.
Now, this victim and two others are suing Garcia and Sunflower Farmers Market because Garcia decided the yogurt was missing something and he had exactly what it needed. Rumor has it this is Garcia’s forte, and now he’s facing eight years in jail for both offenses. Find a new hobby, dude.
