Well, well, well. Looks like all those rumors of a new iPhone landing sometime in early fall were on the money. Apple today sent out invitations to an event to be held at its Cupertino, Calif. campus on October 4, 2011.
The accompanying image (seen above) features four iPhone icons with the words "Let's talk iPhone." at the bottom. Nothing's official, but we think it's safe to say this is when Apple will unviel its next-gen iPhone.
