The teenager who dumped steaming chili on $750 worth of panties at a White Plains Victoria's Secret after being accused of shoplifting was arrested today after returning to the same store, presumably to cover all the thongs in shredded cheddar. An employee remembered her from that chili incident back in April.
She was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony offense.
If you've got a thing for food and ladies' underwear, we're guessing you'd have dropped large stacks to have witnessed that April temper tantrum.
