The new clip pays tribute to what they deem as the "most infuential, game-defining players" the NBA has ever seen and their signature moves. From Hakeem Olajuwon dip-and-dive post move to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's Sky Hook, the geniuses from the storied era of professional sports are all there at your disposal.
But why they keep showing Chicago Bulls Center Bill Cartwright is beyond our diagnosis. After announcing that Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Magic Johnson would be the cover athletes for this year's title, fans are about as excited as we are to see how these "matchups" play out in HD. With plenty of firepower to choose from (after completing their respective challenges), who will win the G.O.A.T. debate and bragging rights when NBA 2K12 drops this fall on October 4?
