Sony's not giving up on the portable music game. The mobile phone arm of the Japanese juggernaut, Sony Ericsson, today unveiled its newest Android phone: "Live with Walkman". We're not sure what that means, but there's a dedicated Walkman button somewhere on the phone. Despite its name, however, the phone looks promising. It's powered by a 1Ghz processor and runs Android 2.3 "Ginerbread", has a mineral glass display, a front-facing camera, and a 5 MP camera capable of capturing 720p video is found in the back.

Sony says the phone will have "deep Facebook Integration" and will give users unprecedented access to its Qriocity music and video service. So there's that. The Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman is scheduled to be released sometime later this year. BGR has the full press release for more info.
