Now that we have word that the iPhone 5 will be available for purchase in early October, the Wall Street Journal is now reporting that Apple's next tablet will be available early next year. Not only that, the iPad 3 will sport a Retina Display with a resolution of 2048x1536. According to The Journal, Apple will begin manufacturing and testing the iPad 3 in October. A new iPad with a high resolution Retina Display has long been rumored, but due to The Wall Street Journal's good track record with its Apple rumors, we're inclined to believe it.
