As we mentioned in April, a free DLC for Portal 2 was expected to release this summer. Since that announcement, there has been silence from Valve on that topic. Kotaku caught up with Valve’s Doug Lombardi at Gamescom who confirmed that the DLC will be available mid-September and was quick to point out, that’s “still technically summer.” You can’t argue with that. Unless, of course, they offer to release it four hours early if you play one million hours of Steam games. They wouldn’t do that, would they? [via Kotaku]
