We’ve been watching Firefall develop since we first played it at PAX East back in March. The latest trailer—from this past weekend’s PAX Prime—has all of the ingredients for an epic trailer: raspy sinister voice-over, melancholy piano score and a bevy of explosions. But for some reason the trailer fails to move us. It’s missing that special spark, that compelling component that makes you ache for the release date.
