In what may be the most awesome story of the year, an engineer named Ben Wu (him and the RZA connect) has designed a prototype system that allows users to control their computer desktops with the use of a webcam. Wu has titled the program Quantum Phantom.

Even cooler, Wu was inspired by the scene in Iron Man where Tony Stark manipulates onscreen images with a non-touch stylus of some sort. In his own demonstration video, Wu shows how to move boxes, and draw in Paint with the webcam on a dual monitor. The software is also smart enough to recognize his handwriting and convert it to rich text.
