We thought we'd seen it all when it came to unnecessary cosmetic surgery, but this one really takes the cake: UK Celebrity Big Brother contestant Darryn Lyons unveiled a set of, get this, surgically-enhanced abs.
Acheived through a procedure known as "contouring," the look is constructed by surgeons through small bits of liposuction all over the torso. Collective cringe. The rest of the body doesn't change at all, giving the look of washboard abs that look more like padding than actual, well, abs.
Lyons, best known as the celebrity paparazzi who sold the picture of David Beckham with his then-personal assistant Rebecca Loos that fueled rumors the two were having an affair, is apparently pretty happy with his new look. For some reason. In the episode of Celebrity Big Brother where he unveiled his look to a fellow housemate, My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding's Paddy Doherty, Lyons commented that he's "over the moon with it."
