Rumors of iPhone 5 pre-orders starting on September 30 began to spread ealier this week. The rumor also had Apple's next-gen iPhone hitting store shelves between October 7 and 14. Now BGR is reporting that the iPhone 5 is indeed going to arrive in early October. How do they know? A source close to the site tipped them off that AT&T's Vice President told employees to expect things to get "really, really busy in the next 35-50 days" because the iPhone 5 is dropping in earlier October. None of this is official, but we think it's safe to say the iPhone 5 is hitting sometime before November.
