TNT apparently isn't going to air the reboot of Dallas until next summer, but that doesn't mean you can't get excited a bit early. And by "excited," we mean: mad that this show might work on TNT where Lone Star failed on Fox. Lone Star! Never forget!
Ahem. As for Dallas, it looks just about exactly as you would expect. Larry Hagman and Patrick Duffy (as J.R. and Bobby Ewing) are perfectly corny in an '80s nighttime soap sort of way; Jesse Metcalfe of Desperate Housewives fame is still causing trouble; and the iconic theme song has gotten a slight upgrade. Needs more Jordana Brewster, but hey; they've got 12 months to get her more involved.
